Job Overview
As a member of the CEO Office, the Senior Strategy Specialist will support a variety of corporate strategy initiatives and M&A activities. In this role, the incumbent will contribute to the development of the corporate strategic initiatives involving coordination of projects across functions and locations. In order to support the business’ growth objectives and to strengthen the core business, the Senior Strategy Specialist will support in assessing and executing inorganic growth opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the CEO Office and the Executive Team (MMT) in corporate strategy formulation and development of long-term organizational strategy
- Support the project management of strategic initiatives, from project scoping and planning, to monitoring and reporting on projects until completion
- Coordinate and support cross-functional project teams in the execution of projects
- Creating pitches and reports for Senior Management, Executive Team, and Board of Directors
- Coordinate M&A activities
- Coordinate cross-functional process improvement projects, incl. target operating model definitions and implementations

Minimum requirements
- 1-3 years of working experience in a corporate strategy position or in management consulting
- Ability to build convincing narratives and deliver engaging presentations combined with skills in relationships across levels
- Ability to quickly assess complex problems, structure logically and solve with an analytical mindset
- Strong project management skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration. Demonstrating a “getting things done” mentality, and ability to work independently in a flexible, fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or any other related field
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the MedTech industry
- Master’s degree or further education
- German and/or Mandarin language skills
