Job Overview
As an intern in the CEO Office, the incumbent will support an ongoing carve-out of two departments and integration of three legal entities into a newly established subsidiary of SHL Medical. The role will support the project management office, and the project team in mapping the end-to-end process flows into the business process management system.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Project PMO in keeping action tracker up-to-date and ensure alignment among workstream leads
- Support the end-to-end process mapping across locations and functions
- Support cross-functional process improvement initiatives
- Support CEO initiatives in support of the corporate strategy
- Support creation of pitches and reports for Senior Management, Executive Team, and Board of Directors
Skills and Qualification
- Ability to quickly assess complex problems, structure logically and solve with an analytical mindset
- Ability to building convincing narratives and delivering engaging presentations combined with skills in relationships across levels
- Previous internship or work experience is considered a plus
- Ongoing or completed bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or any other related field
- Proficiency in English and German; other languages are a plus
