Job Overview

As an intern in the CEO Office, the incumbent will support an ongoing carve-out of two departments and integration of three legal entities into a newly established subsidiary of SHL Medical. The role will support the project management office, and the project team in mapping the end-to-end process flows into the business process management system.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Project PMO in keeping action tracker up-to-date and ensure alignment among workstream leads
• Support the end-to-end process mapping across locations and functions
• Support cross-functional process improvement initiatives
• Support CEO initiatives in support of the corporate strategy
• Support creation of pitches and reports for Senior Management, Executive Team, and Board of Directors

Skills and Qualification

• Ability to quickly assess complex problems, structure logically and solve with an analytical mindset
• Ability to building convincing narratives and delivering engaging presentations combined with skills in relationships across levels
• Previous internship or work experience is considered a plus
• Ongoing or completed bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or any other related field
• Proficiency in English and German; other languages are a plus
