Job Overview
The IT Finance Competence Center (FICC) is responsible for delivering and governing enterprise finance solutions, ensuring standardized processes, system integration, and scalable capabilities across the organization. The team plays a critical role in supporting global finance operations, digital transformation, and compliance with corporate governance standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as a senior system analyst within the Finance Competence Center, supporting and enhancing enterprise finance solutions, primarily SAP S/4 modules in finance domain (FI, CO, and PS). Also supporting implementing and maintaining other finance solutions.
- Partner with global Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze gaps, and translate them into robust, scalable system solutions.
- Support enhancement/change requests and provide solutions to support the process owners from business. Primary focus will be on SAP FI (AP / AR /GL/AA/Treasury).
- Ensure system integration and data consistency across SAP S/4, upstream/downstream systems, and integration platforms.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes from a system and process perspective, ensuring stability and performance.
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and solution designs in compliance with IT governance standards.
- Facilitate and support UAT, deployment, and hyper-care activities, ensuring smooth system adoption and issue resolution.
- Provide user training and knowledge transfer, improving user adoption and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT technical teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure adherence to IT governance, security policies, audit requirements, and change management processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, information systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a System Analyst, SAP Functional Analyst, or IT Business Analyst supporting finance systems.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO), with solid expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and SAP Vendor Invoice Management, as well as working knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA).
- Good understanding of end-to-end finance processes in SAP S/4, including integration of SD and MM with FI, and key process flows such as Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional and cross-cultural environment.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
Desirable (nice to have)
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA CO and PS modules.
- Proven experience working in multinational corporations within matrix organizational structures.
- Knowledge of data migration, reporting, and analytics tools.
- SAP certifications and familiarity with project management tools.
