Job Overview
The PR & CSR summer trainee (public relations and corporate social responsibility) will support the PR & CSR Manager in executing regional employer branding and communications initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in content development, project execution, and PR operations.
To be successful in this role, experience in intercultural communication and a motivated attitude are required. The role is expected to ensure the employer branding initiatives run smoothly and contribute to a healthy work environment.
Main Responsibilities

Executing PR & CSR projects, including campaign and event coordination

Assist with content preparation and drafting of news content, and internal communications

Contribute ideas and feedback to support employer branding initiatives and the development of engaging content

Support Ad Hoc projects
Required Skills & Qualifications

Currently enrolled in Bachelor or Master program or in between degrees

Major in media, communications, business studies, foreign languages, social sciences disciplines or related fields

Fluency in verbal and written language skills in Chinese and English

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Proactive, responsible mindset with a demonstrated interest and genuine passion for social responsibility and sustainability initiatives
