Headquartered in Switzerland since late 2018. 【工作內容/Job Content 】 -支援部門主管及團隊管理專案追蹤 -需熟稔使用產品生命週期系統及文件管理系統(PLM、SAP、CC) -與工程師及專案經理協調產品週期管理及變更管制流程 -支援工程師及專案經理撰寫及管理專案文件 (包含專案報告、核准及變更管制) -跨部門協調組織業務及標準流程並向內部報告 -準備專案狀態儀表板及報告 -KPI監控、專案分析及標準化 -維護及開發內部資訊交換系統 -Support Department Manager and Team in Project Tracking -Proficient in using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), SAP, and Document Control Systems (CC). -Coordinate product lifecycle management and change control processes with engineers and project managers. -Support engineers and project managers in writing and managing project documents, including project reports, approvals, and change control. -Coordinate interdepartmental business and standard process organization and report internally. -Prepare project status dashboards and reports. -Monitor KPIs, conduct project analysis, and standardize processes. -Maintain and develop internal information exchange systems. 【需求/Qualification】 -相關科系(商業/IT/工程科學)大學以上學位 -兩年以上相關經驗(專案及文件管理); 符合其他資格的應屆畢業生也歡迎 -熟悉PM手法、工具及GDP -熟悉SAP及MS O365生產力工具 -對於專案分析及改善專案追績效追蹤有興趣 -善於跨文化溝通、優異的英語口說及書寫能力 (多益成績780分以上) -較強的組織能力、對於時程及細節敏感度高 -有PMO或文件管理經驗者優先錄取 -能以中英文溝通 -Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field (Business/IT/Engineering Science). -At least two years of relevant experience in project and document management; fresh graduates with other qualifications are also welcome. -Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). -Proficiency in SAP and MS O365 productivity tools. -Interest in project analysis and improving project tracking efficiency. -Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and proficient in spoken and written English (TOEIC score of 780 or above). -Strong organizational skills with a high sensitivity to timelines and details. -Preference will be given to candidates with PMO or document management experience. -Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English. |
