Job Overview

Junior IP counsel in IP FTO team is responsible to provide professional advice regarding IP related risks for SHL’s design/project/product.

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform Novelty, Freedom-To-Operate (FTO), and invalidity searches.
  • Analyze the search results and draft decision-supporting reports assessing risk and opportunities with added-value analysis.
  • Support to provide sound business savvy IP advice departing from the analysis of the results.
  • Coach and deliver SHL's personnel about Intellectual Property.
  • Support the management of SHL’s Intellectual Property Rights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master degree of Science or Engineering.
  • Fluent in English speaking and reading is mandatory.
  • Documented experience in searching and analyzing patent information as well as knowledge on intellectual property is meriting.
  • An analytical mind, an eye for details, and curious about cutting edge technology.
