Job Overview
The position of Human Resources Generalist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. They will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including data entry and governance, payroll, insurance, transfer, leave, and workforce practices.
Main Responsibilities
- Time and attendance Management
- Welfare Project and administration support
- New employee onboarding program support
- Payroll banking service: Communication with the Bank’s representative, periodic monitoring of their on-site presence, and addressing employee feedback related to the services.
- Perform other ad hoc assigned duties
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and above
- At least 2 year of HR experience is preferred.
- Intermediate Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Intermediate English written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, positive, attentive, independent, open-minded, detail-oriented, dedicated in
- teamwork, and able to work under pressure in changing environments.
- Know and willing to learning with HR full function is a plus.
- Experienced HR related business especially attendance in manufacturing industry is a big plus.
