【Job Overview】

We are looking for a highly motivated and engaged personality with independent working style. In this role you will be a team member of the Finance department Accounting team and reporting directly to the local Head of Accounting. This role is located in TW where the production and team resides.

【Main Responsibilities】 

  • Provide accurate and timely recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
  • Ensure compliance with applicable local GAAP and TP tax regulations, company policies, and with internal controls
  • Maintain a record of all companies’ fixed assets and projects, including customer assets according to group procedures and local GAAP.
  • Ensure fixed assets are properly classified, depreciated, and disposed of when necessary
  • Reconcile all asset accounts including AUC and customer assets
  • Prepare reports for management on various requirements for fixed assets and projects
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper accounting of all assets and projects
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to fixed assets and projects
  • Preparing audit schedules, and assisting the auditors in their inquiries
  • Fulfill ad hoc requests and other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Team up with other team members and especially the FP&A team.

【Minimum Requirements】

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in accounting
  • Knowledge of TW local GAAP and international GAAP, taxation and other regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills
  • A strong attention to detail and independent working style
  • Well organized, being responsible, resilient and stress resistant
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
  • Experience with SAP S4Hana is a strong plus
  • Fluency in English is a must.
