Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in a global medical device company?
Join our dynamic and innovative 6 months internship program at SHL Medical, where you will work alongside industry experts, develop technical skills, and contribute to real-world projects. Our program offers exposure to a range of key functions, including:
- Operation Engineering Department – Focuses on mass production engineering across automation, packaging, printing, metal forming, and injection molding. Every team member plays a crucial role in ensuring excellence and quality in our processes.
- Factory Project
- Assembly Automation Technology
- Packaging & Forming Technology
- Molding Technology
- Development Emerging Technology Department – Focuses on developing advanced, connected drug delivery solutions, including powered auto-injectors and other electronic medical devices. It involves researching and utilizing simulation technologies and injection moulding processes to drive innovation in the design and functionality of medical devices.
- Electrics Electronics Engineering
- Systems Engineering
- Embedded Firmware
- Testing and Verification Department – Committed to product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, we leverage rigorous testing methodologies, in-depth performance analysis, and systematic knowledge-sharing to drive excellence in every aspect of our testing processes.
- Design Verification
- Simulation Department – Divided into 2 sections: injection molding and structural analysis. To make a faster evaluation of design change and helps determine optimal settings for production processes.
- Injection Molding Simulation
- Process Development Department – Committed to the development and optimization of new product manufacturing processes across automation, packaging, printing, metal, and injection molding, while integrating innovative technologies to support mass production needs.

Minimum Qualifications
- PhD, Master’s, or Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
