Job Overview
This job is responsible for troubleshooting testing equipment failures and completing root cause investigation reports to ensure testing results meet project and product requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Familiarity with QC Equipment
- Failure Modes and Effects Analysis
- NCR Meetings
- Continuous Improvement
- Standard Operating Procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in statistical analysis (e.g., Boxplot, ANOVA, Equivalent Test)
- Experience with universal testing machines
- Strong mathematical and logical reasoning skills (e.g., basic programming, algorithms, tolerance analysis calculations)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the development of jigs and fixtures
- Educational background in engineering or related scientific fields
- Trained in Six Sigma methodologies
