QC-Senior Engineer

Job Overview

This job is responsible for troubleshooting testing equipment failures and completing root cause investigation reports to ensure testing results meet project and product requirements.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Familiarity with QC Equipment
  • Failure Modes and Effects Analysis
  • NCR Meetings
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Standard Operating Procedures

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficient in statistical analysis (e.g., Boxplot, ANOVA, Equivalent Test)
  • Experience with universal testing machines
  • Strong mathematical and logical reasoning skills (e.g., basic programming, algorithms, tolerance analysis calculations)

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the development of jigs and fixtures
  • Educational background in engineering or related scientific fields
  • Trained in Six Sigma methodologies
  •
