Job Overview
Administrative Support:
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment for the department.
- Establish department administrative process SOP.
- Assist with departmental expense reporting, including tracking expenses and preparing expense reports.
- Handling with departmental purchase requests.
Team Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate team activities, including newcomer training and team-building events.
Communication:
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate communication and ensure
smooth operations.
- Manage and update department website and promote departmental
activities, achievements, and events online.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or oAice management role is preferred, recent college graduate is welcomed.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- A TOEIC score of 700 or above is required. Preferred Qualifications
