Logistic Specialist (Warehouse Management)

Job Overview

To execute the receiving, booking in, storing, handling, picking, packing, and delivering of goods in line with company quality standards and customer satisfaction.


Main Responsibilities

  • Perform daily material receiving, issuing, goods packaging and shipping related operations and documents
  • Perform physical inventory count operation.
  • Track and follow up material loan operation.
  • Perform storage space and material movement flow management.
  • SAP ERP system operation
  • Forklift equipment operation (forklift license)
  • Responsible to follow all applicable SOPs and WIs at all the times.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or relevant field
  • Experience warehouse management and shipping for 1+ years.
  • Experience of SAP or ERP. SAP IM/EWM experience would be advantageous.
  • Computer literate, with advanced Excel skills/abilities and the ability to adapt to a variety of software applications.
  • The ability to work calmly and productively under pressure.
  • Basic written, verbal communication, and presentation skills in English
