Job Overview

負責監督生產流程。包括領導團隊，確保品質，並維持生產效率。具體職責包括監督人員，管理庫存，解決生產問題，並生成報告以支持持續改進。

Main Responsibilities

• 遵守所有適用的標準作業程序和工作指導書。
• 遵循並落實優良製造規範及5S原則以完成每件工作任務。
• 根據改進的需求與其他部門合作，以提供更好的服務予整個瑞健集團。
• 能獨立執行以下工作任務，並在適當的監督下具備改善能力及指導工作人員的能力，以協助主管達成組織目標。
• 監督下屬並適時給予支持與協助，以確保依照SOP要求完成任務及勝任其職。
• 監控生產/工作現場並及時糾正生產/管理錯誤以處置各類生產問題、異常情況及緊急事宜，以確保生產流程順暢。
• 依任用條件/個人能力/組織需求安排以上工作。
• 其他主管交辦任務。

Minimum Qualifications

• 12小時，4休3制 - 日班 0800-2000 / 夜班2000-0800 (可配合輪班佳)

•  可配合產線工作班制,遵循工作指導書與程序書,等作業規範具備計算技能與數字概念。

Preferred Qualifications

•  數字觀念清楚、細心度佳

•  有產線工作經驗者佳
