Job Overview
主要職責為負責新廠區專案室內裝修施工現場的整體監督與管理，需具備豐富的室內裝修工程經驗，亦需視專案需求，協助團隊進行其他施工管理相關工作。
Main Responsibilities
- 負責建設專案現場室內裝修施工監督與管理
- 協調並管理各承包商（Contractor）及相關利害關係人（Stakeholders）
- 督導室內精裝修工程、家具安裝及協助並溝通相關機電（MEP）介面整合
- 執行 EHS（環安衛）、施工品質及工程進度管理
- 審核施工圖（Shop Drawing）、材料送審文件及工程技術文件
- 審核工程付款申請（Payment Application）及變更設計（Change Order）
- 執行指定之施工或設計檢討，評估並提出建議解決方案供主管決策
- 配合 GMP 規範及公司 SOP 執行專案
- 協助工程驗收、結案及相關文件整理
- 其他主管交辦事項
Minimum Qualifications
- 10年以上工程相關工作經驗
- 具建築工程、室內裝修工程經驗
- 熟悉設計協調、施工現場管理及承包商協調作業
- 具施工圖識圖及基本繪圖能力
- 熟悉工程進度（Schedule）、品質（Quality）及工安（EHS）管理
- 中文流利，具良好溝通協調能力
- 學士以上學歷(土木工程/建築工程/建築設計/室內設計尤佳)
- 熟悉MS Office及繪圖相關軟體操作(Revit, AutoCad, MS Project尤佳)
Preferred Qualifications•
- 中等英文程度
- 具 MEP（機電工程）相關經驗
- 具 GMP 廠房工程經驗
- 曾參與大型建設或跨單位專
