- Supervisory Responsibilities: No – Aligns with Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to arrange cycle counts activities, prepares counting documents, and reports results.
- Participate in the training, retraining, and development of ERP SAP users.
- Keeps up to date SAP training records and business process flows.
- Ensures compliance with all warehouse inventory operations with the current regulations, quality work instructions, and policies.
- Monitors scraping ERP SAP transactions process related to inventory accuracy with documentation.
- Enforce a safe working environment in all inventory warehouse physical operations according to the SHL Medical safety policies and procedures.
- Coordinates the completion and accuracy of the internal cycle count program.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, propose solutions, and perform adjustments considering the required thresholds.
- Verifies batch returns clearance to ensure that physical quantities match documented quantities, and SAP transactions.
- Enforces GDP (Good Documentation Practices) compliance and ensures documents inventory records control.
- Reports any inventory issues to the corresponding department Manager responsible.
- Perform inventory reports for clients and SHL Medical Management as requested.
- Ensures the best process to perform material ERP SAP inventory transfers among SHL Medical warehouses.
- Interfaces with EWM SAP experts and users to solve issues and propose system improvements.
- Recognize ERP user’s systems abilities and recommend retraining for user as needed.
- Participates in meetings and training as required and requested by the Warehouse Manager.
- Coordinates client’s inventory audit counts by verifying processes compliance and documentation control.
- Ensure PDA’s (scanners) and portable SAP printers’ utilization for timely inventory transactions and efficiency.
- Participates and supports process digitalization projects.
- Supports with investigations and CAPAs inventory related.
- Manage and maintain good control of expired, obsolete and scrap inventory, ensuring a timely turnaround on the required actions to keep inventory compliant to standards in terms of system and physical segregation.
- Manage and establish best inventory and material categorization to ensure best material location and stock practice based on usage and rotation (ie engineering materials)
- Assist Supply Chain team with SAP inquiries to keep transactions process flowing.
- Create and modify SAP warehouse locations as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
