【Job Overview】
負責從接收客戶需求開始，到合約與產品交付客戶為止的流程管理。此職位需要與工程、生產、品保等部門密切合作，以確保在以成本效益的方式滿足客戶需求的同時，維持足夠的庫存水準，準時交付產品給客戶。
【Responsible】
報價評估與溝通：
•接收零件圖面並進行初步評估。
•與工程師討論加工可行性、工時估算及報價細節。
•與客戶溝通圖面問題、報價內容並取得確認。
訂單處理與管理：
•接收訂單並在系統中建立相關資訊。
•協調生產排程、追蹤訂單進度。
•負責客戶溝通，回覆交期、圖面問題等。
•建立工單、進行產前會議，與工程師討論加工細節。
品質管理與改善：
•追蹤生產過程中的良率，並針對異常狀況提出改善建議。
•審核品質檢驗報告，確保產品符合客戶要求。
•參與品質月會，提出相關報告。
成本控制與分析：
•建立並維護產品成本資料。
•分析生產數據，提出降低成本的建議。
•建立量產件標準工時。
客戶服務：
•處理客戶退貨、客訴等問題。
•維護良好的客戶關係。
部門協助
•協助帶領客戶導覽部門。
•協助部門英文信件溝通。
